Diya Health, an innovative Silicon Valley-based digital health firm, has partnered with U.S. cardiologists to provide care to patients with severe heart conditions in Himachal Pradesh, India. A highly specialized team of cardiologists will use the Diya Health platform to provide care to patients with myocardial infarctions, arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, and other heart conditions.

In this partnership, a rural health clinic, based in India, will simply upload a patient’s health record to Diya Health’s platform. Then, using the platform, the patient will email the health record to the U.S. cardiologist, who will view the patient’s complete chronological health history, including lab results, vital signs, and medications. The cardiologist will use Diya Health for patient messaging, telehealth visits, remote monitoring, and communication with physicians based in India.
